Overview
BERMET hydraulic guillotine shears (plate-cutting machines) are designed for high-precision sheet cutting. The machines excel at fast, burr-free cutting of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other metal sheets, in both small workshops and industrial series production.
BERMET CNC guillotine shears are available with 3 to 6 metres of cutting length and up to 25 mm plate thickness. The range includes both swing-beam and variable-rake hydraulic guillotine shears.
The variable cutting angle significantly reduces the required cutting force and lessens sheet deformation and distortion, resulting in a more accurate cut, longer blade life and higher productivity.
