BERMET CNC press brakes are ideally suited to the fast, repeatable and highly precise bending of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other metal sheets, in both one-off manufacturing and small- or large-batch production.

BERMET CNC press brakes are available with 40 to 6,000 tonnes of bending force and up to 16 metres of bending length. The range also includes conventional hydraulic, tandem, multi-machine and fully automated CNC bending systems, offering the optimal solution for a wide variety of industrial tasks.

The high-rigidity welded steel frame, servo-hydraulic control and precision linear measuring system guarantee excellent repeat accuracy, stable bending angles and long-term operational reliability. CNC-controlled crowning automatically compensates for deflection of the bed, ensuring a consistent angle across the entire bending length.
