BERMET CNC punching machines – also known as CNC turret punch presses or turret punch machines – are designed for the fast and highly precise processing of sheet metal: punching, blanking, forming and marking steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and galvanised sheets.
Overview
CNC punching machines are one of the most economical alternatives to laser cutting for producing parts that require large batch sizes, repeated hole patterns and high productivity.
BERMET CNC punching machines are built with modern servo-electric or hydraulic drives, high-precision linear guides and fast CNC control. Equipped with an automatic tool-changing turret, a programmable clamping system and intelligent sheet handling, the machines allow rapid changeover and outstanding productivity.
The robust machine frame, high repeat accuracy and long service life make these machines ideal for continuous industrial operation. Several process steps can be performed in a single clamping, significantly reducing production time and cost per part.
Optional equipment: automatic sheet-loading system, automatic part separation, thread-forming unit, countersinking and louvre tools, marking and engraving unit, automatic tool lubrication, CAD/CAM integration, and connection to an automatic storage system.
